Relay Exchange
The relay exchange takes place on G.Cosbuc Street, at the exit from the Central Park (near Cluj Arena) and on Cluj Arena, about 150 m after the start/finish line.

PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee ensures the right to attend the event. The fee is composed of operational expenses for registration in the database of participants, validation, BIB number assignment, timing and event organization service, medal on arrival, medical assistance.

Participants can request:
- refund of the registration fee by 31 ianuarie 2026 The registration fee can be refunded until January 31, 2026 (minus a 30 RON processing fee). After this date, the fee is non-refundable. not refundable.
- The registration can be transferred to another person until January 31, 2026, at the latest. 31 ianuarie 2026
- Switching between race categories is allowed until January 31, 2026, at the latest. 31 ianuarie 2026
After February 1, no further changes will be made to the participants list (including switching between race categories).
RUNNER’S KIT
The kit cannot be sold and is not the property of the registrants. Registration in the competition ensures the reservation of a kit that is physically handed out only to the participant in the competition.

De asemenea, dat fiind faptul că înscrierile se închid ulterior plasării comenzii având ca obiect tricourile competiției, organizatorul nu garantează că mărimea tricoului din kit corespunde cu cea aleasă de participant in momentul înscrierii).
