PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee ensures the right to attend the event. The fee is composed of operational expenses for registration in the database of participants, validation, BIB number assignment, timing and event organization service, medal on arrival, medical assistance.

IF ALL ANNOUNCED SPOTS ARE FILLED, REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE EARLIER.
Participants can request:
- Refund of the registration fee by 31 January 2027 2027 (minus a 30 RON processing fee). After this date, the fee not is non-refundable.
- The registration can be transferred to another person until January 31, 2027, at the latest. 31 January 2027 2027
- Switching between race categories is allowed until January 31, 2027, at the latest. 31 January 2027 2027
After February 1, no further changes will be made to the participants list (including switching between race categories).
RUNNER’S KIT
The kit cannot be sold and is not the property of the registrants. Registration in the competition ensures the reservation of a kit that is physically handed out only to the participant in the competition.

- T-shirt (the size of the t-shirt will be chosen by each participant at the time of registration. Depending on the manufacturer of the t-shirt, the dimensions may vary. Also, given the fact that registrations close after placing the order for the competition t-shirts, the organizer does not guarantee that the size of the t-shirt in the kit corresponds to the one chosen by the participant at the time of registration.)
