Starting from May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) has been applied in all European Union Member States. The purpose of this Regulation is to create a unified and uniform legislative framework across the European Union that no longer requires national implementation measures.

Registration Form
To register for RUNNERS CLUB events, you must complete a registration form. The collected data are necessary to validate your participation and fulfill contractual obligations.
If payment is made online, payment details are processed securely by third-party providers and are not stored by RUNNERS CLUB.
Data are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 3 years after registration.
Media Section (Events)
By registering, you consent to the processing of your image (photo/video). These materials may be published on the website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo) and used for promotional purposes.
Photos and videos may be stored for up to 10 years.
Race results (name, race number, time, ranking) will be publicly displayed on the website.
Newsletter – Direct Marketing
Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary and based on your consent. We process your name, email, and phone number to send updates about events and offers.
